The Law Firm of Randolph H. Wolf has been successfully representing Defendants charged with Criminal and Motor Vehicle Offenses and Individuals Injured in Accidents since 1987. Serving primarily Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties of New Jersey, our goal is to provide the highest quality legal representation to our clients. We provide experienced representation in the Superior Court Criminal Division handling serious felony charges for both adults and juveniles with an emphasis on Drug Offenses. In the Municipal Courts we handle offenses including Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked/Suspended, Driving Without Insurance, Possession of CDS or Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle, and eliminate or reduce Points from Motor Vehicle Violations such as speeding or careless driving. We also handle expungement of criminal records.

We have extensive experience in Superior Court Civil Cases involving Personal Injuries and Wrongful Death resulting from automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, products liability, and medical malpractice. We represent Injured Employees in Workers Compensation proceedings and process name change applications.
